CertVizo sells time-limited access to one exam workspace. This page explains when a refund can be reviewed.
Refund Window
Refund requests can be reviewed within 7 days of purchase if the paid exam pass has not been substantially used. Include your account email, exam name, payment reference, and reason for the request.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may be declined when the pass has been heavily used, the access period is mostly consumed, account sharing or abuse is detected, or the request is outside the refund window.
Duplicate Or Failed Payments
Duplicate charges, failed entitlement activation after confirmed payment, or clear payment errors will be prioritized. If payment succeeds but access does not unlock, contact support with the payment reference.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are sent through the original payment provider. Bank and card processing times depend on the payment method and provider rules.
